STATE OF MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT, GREAT LAKES, AND ENERGY WARREN DISTRICT OFFICE, 27700 DONALD COURT, WARREN, MI 48092-2793 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TAKE NOTICE that the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy, (EGLE) Water Resources Division (WRD) will hold an online public hearing, Wednesday December 17, 2025, at 6:00PM. The purpose of this hearing is to secure the views of interested persons concerning the following application for permit: Application for permit HQB-AVPF-P393Y under authority of Part 31, Water Resources Protection; Part 301, Inland Lakes and Streams and Part 303, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended (NREPA), by Rino Soave. The project is located east of Inkster Road on the south side of Sibley Road, Brownstown Township, Wayne County Michigan, 48174. The applicant proposes to construct Phase II of Hampton Square residential development. Proposed activities include impacting 0.47 acres of previously graded wetland to reconstruct an existing 1.79-acre stormwater pond; install a new storm water outlet to the Brownstown Drain and place 1,992 cubic yards of fill material in 0.50 acres of wetland with a single equalization culvert.
