City of Utica Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendments In compliance with the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, please take notice that the City of Utica Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 6:30 PM, in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 7550 Auburn Road, Utica, Michigan. The purpose of the public hearing is to gain citizen input regarding the following proposed amendments to the Utica Zoning Ordinance. 1.
