TOWNSHIP OF MACOMB MACOMB COUNTY, MICHIGAN SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 320 Zoning Ordinance Cross-references The following is a summary of Ordinance No. 320, adopted on September 9, 2026, to amend the Macomb Township Code of Ordinances as a result of adoption of the newly amended Zoning Ordinance in its entirety, to amend cross-references made In Chapter 11 - Nuisances, Article III – Noise Control; Chapter 14 - Planning, Article III, Division 2 – Site Improvements Required for Development of Land; Chapter 16 – Streets and Sidewalks, Article II – Residential Exterior Concrete and General Requirements; Chapter 17 - Land Division Regulations, Article I, Definitions, Tentative Preliminary Plat Approval, Final Plat Review and Approval, Site Condominium Review Process, Design Requirements; Chapter 20 – Signs and Sign Regulations regarding Ground Signs and Exceptions; and to provide for repealer, severability and effective date. A true copy of this ordinance amendment can be inspected or obtained at the office of the Township Clerk, Township of Macomb, 54111 Broughton, 2nd Floor, Macomb Township, MI 48042.
