NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 206 AMENDMENT - ZONING MAP On January 13, 2026, the Township Board of Trustees for the Charter Township of Chesterfield, approved an amendment to the Chesterfield Township Zoning Ordinance, being Chapter 76 of the Code of Ordinances, as amended, revising the Zoning Map to reflect the rezoning of eleven (11) parcels of property from C-3 (General Commercial) to MX-2 (Mixed Use), six (6) parcels of property from M-1 (Light Industrial) to MX-2 (Mixed Use) and one (1) parcel of property from C-1 (General Commercial) to MX-2 (Mixed Use). A complete copy of the Zoning Ordinance Amendment and revised Zoning Map are posted in the office of the Township Clerk located at 47275 Sugarbush, Chesterfield -accessed at www.chesterfieldtwp.org.
