NOTICE TO VILLAGE OF SHEPHERD RESIDENTS The Village of Shepherd Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Shepherd Village Office, 251 W Wright Avenue, to receive public comment regarding a variance request for a new sign on the venue at 221 W Wright Avenue that exceeds the allowable size according to the Village Ordinance. The Village of Shepherd ZBA will receive written public comment regarding the variance request, prior to the meeting date to the Village Office, ZBA, PO Box 523, Shepherd, MI 48883.
