ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS GROSSE ILE TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TUESDAY, JANUARY 27 th , 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Grosse Ile Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 27th , 2026 at the Grosse Ile Township Hall. There will be one applicant applying for variance, as follows: Matthew Wayne of 18460 Meridian Road, Grosse Ile, Michigan, 48138 has applied for variances from the standards of Section 285-3.5A (side yard setback) and B (spacing between principal buildings). A draft of the agenda packet will be available for review at the Community Development Department in Township Hall on Tuesday, January 20 th between 8AM and 4:30 PM.
