There are two applicants applying for variances, as follows: The owner of 26277 East River Road has applied for a dimensional variance to expand a nonconforming building, per Section 285-18.6. The owner of 29839 East River Road has applied for a dimensional variance to expand a nonconforming building, per Section 285-18.6, and to encroach into the required side yard setback, per Section 285-3.5.
