At the meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals will hear variance requests from Scott Kube at 10084 Ludlow and take Public Comment for the following variance(s): Article 4 - District Regulations Section 40-4.03 - R-1A through R-1E: One-Family Districts – Schedule of Regulations To allow a total side yard of 11’ where a minimum 5’ total of 14’ is required You may express your concerns to the Commission during the meeting at City Hall or by writing to the Commission prior to the meeting at: Huntington Woods City Hall, 26815 Scotia Road, Huntington Woods, MI 48070.
