VAR-03-2026 – DUANE ROBINSON – Request for a Variance from Section 7.04.2.b.2 (Private Solar Energy Systems) to allow solar panels to be located less than 3 feet from the edge of the roof; where the Zoning Ordinance requires solar panels to be a minimum of 3 feet from any edges of the roof, the peak, or eave or valley on property located at 37520 Lilac Lane (APN’s: 50-07-06-01-427-067). Public comments, oral or written, are welcome and encouraged. The City of Richmond will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon one week’s notice to the City of Richmond.
