A 6.78 ft. variance from Section 3-900 to allow the proposed house to have a maximum height of 36.78 ft. (30 ft. maximum allowed) 2. A variance from Section 3-900 to allow the proposed house to have a maximum of three (3) stories. (Two (2) stories maximum allowed) Property Location: 4429 Island View Dr New Business Case No. PZBA26-023 Requesting a 9.0 ft. variance from Section 2-508.A to allow the proposed freestanding sign to be located 6.0 from the public right-of-way. (15 ft. minimum setback required) Property Location: 3166 W Huron St Case No. PZBA26-024 Requesting a 19.0 ft. variance from Section 3-302.3.A(7) to allow the proposed pergolas to be located 70.0 ft. from the lakefront shoreline.
