CITY OF WYANDOTTE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustment of the City of Wyandotte will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., Local Time, at the Wyandotte City Hall, 3200 Biddle Avenue, Wyandotte, in the Council Chambers, for the purpose of hearing arguments in favor of, and objections to: Appeal #3437 to obtain a variance for a Building Permit for a pergola awning (Section 190.290 & 190.323 (F)) at 1867 18th Street, Wyandotte, Owner/Appellant, Joseph McKay. Appeal #3438 to obtain a variance for a Mechanical Permit for a side yard a/c unit (Section 190.323 (L)) at 2232 22nd Street, Wyandotte, Owner/Appellant Michael Ososkie This notice is for the purpose of giving any interested party the opportunity to appear or to have their opinion expressed at this hearing in support of or in opposition to these request(s). You may come in person or you may express your views in writing, but the letter must be received by the Board at Wyandotte City Hall, 3200 Biddle, Suite 200, Wyandotte, MI 48192, prior to the date of the public hearing. In the event this meeting is canceled, the hearing will be held at the next scheduled meeting without any further notice.
