At the meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals will hear variance requests from Helen Shore at 26398 Hendrie and take Public Comment for the following variance(s): Section 40-6.03 - Accessory Buildings, Structures and Uses B. Accessory Buildings in Residential Zoning Districts: 3)An accessory building or structure shall only be built or constructed in the rear yard except for the exceptions as provided in Section 40-6.04.. Request is for a front/side yard deck on a peninsula lot.
