At the meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals will hear variance requests from Mark Feiler at 26120 Hendrie and take Public Comment for the following variance(s): Article 4 - District Regulations Section 40-4.03 - R-1A through R-1E: One-Family Districts – Schedule of Regulations To exceed the maximum allowed lot coverage of 25% to 28.7% to allow for covered porches/lanai in the R-1B district You may express your concerns to the Commission during the meeting at City Hall or by writing to the Commission prior to the meeting at: Huntington Woods City Hall, 26815 Scotia Road, Huntington Woods, MI 48070.
