NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF OAK PARK ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Notice is hereby given that the City of Oak Park Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or thereafter, held in City Council Chambers, 14000 Oak Park Blvd., Oak Park, MI. The Public Hearing will consider: • Case #26-08, Lazer Freimark, on behalf of Yeshiva Gedolah of Greater Detroit, 24600 Greenfield Rd., Property ID #52-25-30-101-036, has made an appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a variance from the provisions of Article 3. Division 1: Section 308 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow a fence that does not meet the fence requirements. The variance request can be reviewed at the Municipal Services Office located at 14300 Oak Park Blvd. The public may appear at the Public Hearing in person or by counsel.
