VAR-01-2026 – ZACKARY FLANNIGAN – Request for a Variance from Section 7.04,2,b,2 (Private Solar Energy Systems) to allow solar panels to be located less than 3 feet from the edge of the roof; where the Zoning Ordinance requires solar panels to be a minimum of 3 feet from any edges of the roof, the peak, or eave or valley on property located at 35390 Churchill Street (APN’s: 50-07-03-35-407-014). VAR-02-2026 – CITY OF RICHMOND on behalf of RICHMOND AREA HISTORICAL AND GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY – Request for a Variance from Section 13.06 (Ground Signs) to allow a vintage pole sign that is 16 feet tall where the Zoning Ordinance allows a maximum height of ten (10) feet on property located at 36082 Park Street (APN’s: 50-07-03-35-479-011).
