CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF UNION ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public comments on the following request pursuant to Section 14.4.K (Zoning Board of Appeals, Variances) of the Township Zoning Ordinance No. 20-06: PUBLIC HEARING FOR A VARIANCE REQUEST (PVAR26-01): Kimberly S. Jourdan request a front yard location setback variance from Section 7.5.D.5.g (Accessory Uses, Buildings, Structures., Accessory Structures., Private Swimming Pools., Setbacks.) “Private swimming pools shall not be located in the front yard; on corner lots, no part of any pool shall be constructed within the front yard of either street.” Located at 2020 McDonald Drive Road PID 14-097-00-023-00, an approximate 0.34-acre parcel zoned R-2A (One and Two-Family, Low Density Residential District) located in the SW 1/4 of Section 9.
