NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING TO ROCHESTER HILLS RESIDENTS: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY OF ROCHESTER HILLS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS will hold a Public Hearing on May 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following request: REQUEST: PVAI2026-0006 – The applicant is requesting a variance from Section 138-10.101 Attached Accessory Structures which requires any accessory structure located within ten (10) feet of a main building to be considered attached and therefore having to meet the applicable side and rear setbacks of the main building. The applicant is requesting a setback of eight and one-half (8.5) feet from the main building and if the variance is granted, it would allow the side and rear setbacks for the proposed pavilion to be consistent with those of a detached accessory structure.
