CITY OF FERNDALE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Ferndale Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at Ferndale City Hall, 300 E. Nine Mile, to consider a dimensional variance application, in accordance with the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act (Public Act 110 of 2006). The Board of Zoning Appeals will consider an application submitted by Jim O’Leary to request the following dimensional variance for the property located at Sidwell Number 24-25-35-301-020, (LOTS 23 THROUGH 29, INCLUSIVE) INCLUDING ALL OF THE VACATED ALLEY AT THE REAR THEREOF; C.W. HARRA’S FERNDALE SUBD’N., OF PART OF THE N.W. ¼ OF THE S.W. ¼ OF SEC. 35, T.1. N., R.11 E., ROYAL OAK TWP., AND VILLAGE OF FERNDALE (NOW CITY OF FERNDALE), OAKLAND COUNTY MICHIGAN, AS RECORDED IN LIBER 33 OF PLATS, PAGE 2 OF OAKLAND COUNTY RECORDS, commonly known as 910 Hilton Road. Ordinance Requirement Proposal Variance Request Sec. 3.02, Accessory Structures Requiring Setbacks.
