CITY OF WIXOM PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Wixom Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct the following public hearing at the regular meeting scheduled for Monday, February 9, 2026 for the following topic: PUBLIC HEARING FOR VARIANCE REQUEST # PZBA26-001: 49176 ALPHA DRIVE WIXOM, MI, 48393: The applicant is seeking approval for the following variances: 1) To allow a 186.24 sqaure foot wall sign on the building’s west facade rather than the maximum 100 square foot wall sign pursuant to Section 18.16.060 Section 18.22.03.E Dimensional and Other Non-use Variances, gives the Zoning Board of Appeals authority to grant variances when it can be shown that ordinance standards cannot be met and a practical difficulty exists. The property is zoned IRO Industrial Research Office. The parcel number is 22-08-326-026.
