NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MONTHLY MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given that applications have been received and a Public Hearing will be held with the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of St. Clair Shores, Macomb County, State of Michigan, as adopted March 7, 1986, and in accordance with all amendments. REQUESTS TO BE CONSIDERED: 1. 22557 Lange Request for 0.5 foot sideyard variance for an addition. 2. 20880 E 10 Mile Rd. Variance to allow a shed on a foundation other than a ratwall, variance to allow a gambrel roof on a shed over 144 square feet, variance to allow a shed in the sideyard of a property.
