MACOMB TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING To the residents and property owners of Macomb Township: The Macomb Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at Township Hall, located at 54111 Broughton Road, on the following Sign Exception requests: Youssef El-Sayah, Petitioner Parcel Number 20-08-06-200-050 • Sign Exception to Section 20-6(1)(a) and 20-14(3) - Request a sign exception to allow 19.88 square feet when 16 square feet is maximum. Located on the southwest corner of 26 Mile Road and Romeo Plank Road Any interested person may appear and participate or be represented at the hearing.
