CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF WEST BLOOMFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FEBRUARY 3, 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on February 3, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., the Zoning Board of Appeals shall conduct a meeting at West Bloomfield Town Hall – Board Room; 4550 Walnut Lake Rd., West Bloomfield, to consider the following requests: FITZSIMONS (CASE PV25-0055) Request: 1. A variance for the proposed covered deck, open deck and stairs to encroach past the building sightline on a lakefront property (Section 3.5.2.N.i.a and Section 5.1.5.E.ii.a.2.A.ii) Parcel: 7300 Hardisty; Sidwell #18-06-451-027 Applicant / Owner: Raymond Fitzsimons The proposed plans are available for public review at the Planning & Development Services Department during normal business hours. The proposed plans will be available for public review on the Township’s website no later than 5:00PM on January 29, 2026.
