CITY OF SOUTH LYON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE February 19, 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of South Lyon will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at a meeting of the South Lyon Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, February 19, 2026, for the purpose of hearing any interested persons in the following request for variances from the City of South Lyon Code of Ordinances: 1. Requested by Sam Kizy, for the property at 450 N Lafayette Street, Parcel #21-20-301-019; Section 70-6 Specific Sign Standards. The applicant is seeking a variance to allow a total of three (3) wall signs for one business, where one (1) wall sign per business is permitted. The Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be held in South Lyon Council Chambers, 335 S. Warren.
