CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF WEST BLOOMFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FEBRUARY 17, 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on February 17, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., the Zoning Board of Appeals shall conduct a meeting at West Bloomfield Town Hall – Board Room; 4550 Walnut Lake Rd., West Bloomfield, to consider the following requests: BEHRENDT (CASE PV25-0051) Request: 1. A variance to encroach into the streetside rear yard setback on a lakefront property. (Section 3.1.2.E) & (Section 4.50.3.B) 2. A variance to encroach into the north side yard setback. (Section 3.1.1.E & Section 5.1.5.E.ii.a.1.A) Parcel: 3633 Fieldview; Sidwell #18-17-109-009 Applicant / Owner: John T Beckett The proposed plans are available for public review at the Planning & Development Services Department during normal business hours. The proposed plans will be available for public review on the Township’s website no later than 5:00PM on February 12, 2026.
