Notice of Public Hearing Charter Township of Chesterfield Zoning Board of Appeals Notice is hereby given that Charter Township of Chesterfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on February 11, 2026 regarding ZBA Petition #2026-01 and ZBA Petition # 2026-02 at the Chesterfield Township Hall, located at 47275 Sugarbush Road, Chesterfield, MI 48047. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on: ZBA Petition #2026-01: Chesterfield LLC is requesting a 12' side yard setback from required 50'. Section 3.21(D) for Parcel #15-09-30-352-006. ZBA Petition #2026-02: Chesterfield LLC is requesting a 50' rear setback from required 100'. Section 3.21(E) for Parcel 15-09-30-352--006. The request will be explained at the hearing. The zoning map and other relevant documents are available for inspection at the Township Offices between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Written comments may be sent to the township prior to the hearing at 47275 Sugarbush Road, Chesterfield, MI 48047 or emailed to: lchamberlin@chesterfieldtwp.org.
