The owner of the property at 335 Waddington Rd. is seeking approval for a Permission Request to install a 13 ft. by 19 ft. by 10 ft. high pergola in the rear yard and 16 ft. from all property lines. 2.) The owner of the property at 5185 Longmeadow Rd. is seeking approval for a Dimensional Variance Request for existing ground-mounted mechanical equipment in the rear yard and more than 5 ft. from the principal structure. 3.) The owner of the property at 1200 Lone Pine Rd. is seeking approval for a Dimensional Variance Request to install the following fencing along the Hills of Lone Pine perimeter: • 6 ft. high ornamental aluminum picket fencing at three locations along the Echo Road frontage. • 6 ft. high galvanized chain link fence along the Cross of Christ Lutheran Church property line. 4.) The owner of the property at 3721 Shallow Brook Dr. is seeking approval for a Permission Request for an existing 17 ft. by 14 ft. by 12 ft. high canopy for kitchen equipment located in the rear yard and set back at least 16 ft. from all lot lines. 9.)
