CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF WEST BLOOMFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE JANUARY 6, 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on January 6, 2026 at 5:30 p.m., the Zoning Board of Appeals shall conduct a meeting at West Bloomfield Town Hall – Board Room; 4550 Walnut Lake Rd., West Bloomfield, to consider the following requests: SILAS (CASE PV25-0049) Request: 1.A variance to encroach into the building sightline. (Section 3.5.2.N.i.a) 2. A variance to expand an existing non-conforming structure. (Section 7.1.4.A) Parcel: 2304 Locklin Lane; Sidwell # 18-05-301-041 Applicant / Owner: Raymond Joseph Schauer III / Zachary Silas The proposed plans are available for public review at the Planning & Development Services Department during normal business hours. The proposed plans will be available for public review on the Township’s website no later than 5:00PM on January 02, 2026.
