CITY OF RIVERVIEW ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Zoning Board of Appeals for the City of Riverview, Michigan will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building located at 14100 Civic Park Drive for the following petitions: Case ZA-10-25 17707 Smith Street - Dimensional variance request to install a fence one (1) foot from the Colvin Street right-of-way. The application was denied Per Section 9.201(C): Buildings and structures located on corner lots shall comply with the minimum front yard setback requirements from all street rights-of-ways. Case ZA-11-25 18220 Brentwood Drive - Dimensional variance request to install a fence one (1) foot from the Parkridge Drive right-of-way. The application was denied Per Section 9.201(C): Buildings and structures located on corner lots shall comply with the minimum front yard setback requirements from all street rights-of-ways. The purpose of this meeting is to hear all statements in opposition to or in support of this proposal.
