CITY OF FLAT ROCK ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION OF A VARIANCE REQUEST NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN, pursuant to Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended, that a public hearing will be held by the City of Flat Rock Zoning Board of Appeals at 7:00 PM, Monday, January 12, 2026, in Conference Room A at City Hall. Participation details will be posted on the City’s website so that interested persons may participate in the hearing. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the purpose of the public hearing is to hear and consider variance requests for PZBA 25-013 26361 Peters Rd.
