Monday, January 12, 2026 – 7:30 p.m. You are hereby notified that the Huntington Woods Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled to meet on Monday, January 12 2026 – 7:30 p.m. the meeting will be held at City Hall Commission Chambers. At the meeting the Board will hear an appeal from Jack and Heather Gitler for the following variance(s) at 25602 Parkwood: Section 40-4.03 - R-1A through R-1E: One-Family Districts – Schedule of Regulations: for a rear yard setback of 22.78’ where 35’ is required. The variance is for 12.22 lf. A total variance of 230 sf. is requested.
