WATERFORD RESIDENTS ELECTION NOTICE PUBLIC LOGIC AND ACCURACY TEST To the Qualified Electors of the Charter Township of Waterford, Oakland County, Michigan. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Accuracy Test will be held for the November 4, 2025, General Election. The test will be conducted on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the Clerk’s Office, Charter Township of Waterford, 5200 Civic Center Drive, Waterford, Michigan, 48329. The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate the programing used to record and count the votes cast in Waterford Township for the November 4, 2025, General Election meet the requirements of the law. The last day to obtain absentee ballots by mail for the November 4, 2025, General Election is Friday, October 31, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The Clerk’s Office will be open the following days and times for qualified voters wishing to obtain an absentee ballot and to register new voters. • Regular Business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Saturday, November 1, 2025, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. • Election Day, Tuesday, November 5, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Kimberly Markee, Waterford Township Clerk
