Vandecar Rd, for a Variance from Deerfield Township Zoning Ordinance Section 5 – Variance from the 50 foot setback restrictions in Section 5.05. A copy of the Zoning Permit Application and application, for a variance are available for public inspection from 8 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday at the Deerfield Township Hall, located at 3032 S.
