City of Utica Notice of Public Hearing Variance Request Notice is hereby given that the City of Utica City Council will hold a meeting and public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, in the Council Chambers (7550 Auburn Road) to take public comment on the following: Burlington Stores, Inc., is petitioning for two (2) sign variances at 13341 Hall Road (parcel number 11-07-35-400-025). The sign variances include the following: 1. 143 square feet surface area size variance Article XV, Section 1504.5 2. 2 additional wall plaques Article XV, Section 1503.8(d) All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and be heard.
