CITY OF UTICA City Council Notice of Public Hearing Take notice that the City of Utica City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 7:15 p.m. in Council chambers at 7550 Auburn Road. The purpose of the public hearing is to gain citizen input regarding a variance request for the following proposed building: 45675 Van Dyke variance to place the dumpster within 10 feet of the building. Comments will be heard at that time or written comments may be mailed to the above address, emailed to cityclerk@cityofutica.org, or phone calls to 586-739-1600, prior to the public hearing.
