NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS VILLAGE OF FRANKLIN OAKLAND COUNTY MICHIGAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Franklin will hold a public hearing on the use of Community Development Block Grant Funds. The Hearing will be held on November 24, 2025 at 6:00 pm At Franklin Village Hall, 32325 Franklin Rd, to hear public comments on the CDBG Program Year 2026 application to fund eligible projects. All interested citizens are requested to attend the hearing.
