NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS VILLAGE OF FRANKLIN OAKLAND COUNTY MICHIGAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Franklin will hold a public hearing on the use of Community Development Block Grant Funds. The Hearing will be held on November 24, 2025 at 6:00 pm At Franklin Village Hall, 32325 Franklin Rd, to hear public comments on the CDBG Program Year 2026 application to fund eligible projects. All interested citizens are requested to attend the hearing. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including handicap accessibility or interpreter, will be made upon receiving 72-hour notice.
