Village of Beverly Hills Planning Commission Meeting Public notice is hereby given that at its January 28, 2026 meeting, the Village of Beverly Hills Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following special land use request: PC Case 26-01-02. The applicant, Detroit Country Day School, located at 22305 W. 13 Mile Road (24-09-226-006), is seeking a recommendation of approval for a special land use request related to proposed improvements to the lower athletic field (i.e. track & turf surface, bleachers, lighting, scoreboard), decorative and functional upgrades to the pedestrian walkways, new ADA-compliant ramps, alumni and spectator plazas, masonry retaining wall, landscaping, and site lighting. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the Village of Beverly Hills municipal offices located at 18500 W 13 Mile Rd, Beverly Hills, MI 48025. Questions or comments may be made on the request in-person at the scheduled hearing or submitted via email to sstec@beverlyhillsmi.gov by 4:00 p.m. on the date of the hearing.
