VILLAGE OF BEVERLY HILLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS Notice is hereby given that the Village of Beverly Hills will hold a public hearing on the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers located at 18500 W. 13 Mile Road, Beverly Hills, MI 48025. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on the CDBG Program Year 2026 application to fund eligible projects. Comments may be made in-person at the meeting or submitted in writing to sstec@beverlyhillsmi.gov until Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including handicap accessibility or interpreter will be made upon receiving 72-hour advance notice.
