The Melvindale Housing Commission’s proposed Annual Plan, effective 1/1/2027, is available for public inspection in the office of the Melvindale Housing Commission (3501 Oakwood Blvd., Melvindale, MI 48122), during regular business hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on its website (www.melvindalehousingcommission.org). The plan will be available for 45 days from the date of this publication. A public hearing will be held at Coogan Terrace (3501 Oakwood Blvd., Melvindale) on Thursday, September 17, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. to review the plan for submission to the Department of Housing & Urban Development. Comments regarding the plan may be submitted in writing to Cynthia Telfer, Executive Director prior to the public meeting or may be presented during the meeting.
