NOTICE OF A BUDGET HEARING TO DISCUSS PROPERTY TAX RATES TO DEFRAY THE CITY OF WYANDOTTE’S 2026-2027 OPERATING EXPENSES The City Council of the City of Wyandotte, Michigan will hold a Budget Hearing on the proposed Property Tax Millage Rates to support the proposed 2026-2027 City Operating Budget. The Hearing will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the City Hall Council Chambers, 3200 Biddle Avenue, Wyandotte, Michigan 48192. The proposed millage rate to be levied is twenty-two and three-quarter percent (22.7500%) which is equal to the prior fiscal year’s tax rate levy. The taxing unit publishing this notice, and identified below, has complete authority to establish the number of mills to be levied within its present authorized millage rate. It is anticipated that the Council will act on the proposed millage levy at its regular meeting on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 7:00 pm after the closure of the Public Hearing.
