SYNOPSIS The Regular Meeting of the Bruce Township Board on June 17, 2026, was called to order at 6:00 pm at 223 East Gates, Romeo, MI 48065 Members Present: Supervisor Fillbrook, Clerk Kraft, Treasurer DiGiorgio, Trustee Sochowicz and Trustee Vinson Members Absent: None The Board took the following action: • Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States. • Approved the Agenda and Consent Agenda as amended. • To rescind the previous approval for the police millage to be put on the ballot in November. The millage will not be on the ballot. • To approve BSA to go to the cloud from what we currently have for 3 payments totaling $79,985.00. • To approve the Limestone Program Cost Share Agreement as presented by the Macomb County Department of Roads. • To approve the MTA dues in the amount of $7,538.00. • To approve to borrow $28,000 from the General Fund to loan to the Water Fund. • To adjourn the meeting at 7:02 pm.
