SYNOPSIS The Regular Meeting of the Bruce Township Board on April 15, 2026, was called to order at 6:00 pm at 223 East Gates, Romeo, MI 48065 Members Present: Supervisor Fillbrook, Clerk Kraft, Treasurer DiGiorgio, Trustee Sochowicz and Trustee Vinson Members Absent: None The Board took the following action: • Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States. • Approved the Agenda and Consent Agenda as amended. • To approve the travel expense policy as presented. • To approve the committee as presented. • To approve Resolution 2026-8 as presented on the condition it is approved by the attorney. • To approve Mike Kozak to work on the utility ordinance for up to $2500. • To approve the election inspector and chairperson pay as presented. • To enter into Closed Session at 7:08 pm under Section 8(1)(c) of the Open Meetings Act for strategy and negotiation session connected with the negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement (MAFF). • To adjourn the meeting at 8:56 pm.
