SYNOPSIS Regular Meeting of the Bruce Township Board February 18, 2026 Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm Members Present: Fillbrook, Kraft, DiGiorgio, Sochowicz, Vinson Members Absent: None The Board took the following action: • Approved consent agenda as amended including list of bills totaling $424,872.82 • Extended Moratorium for all Applications of I-R-O and B1 L1-1 • Set Public Hearing for 2026-2027 Budgets (General, Fire, ALS, Improvement Revolving) for 3-18-26 at 6PM • Scheduled a Townhall Meeting for 3-12-26 at 6PM regarding water fees • Approved appointment of Andrew Hale to Planning Commission • Approved the adoption of the Municipal Credit and Community Credit Contract for FY2026 • Tabled MOU discussion • Approved 3% pay increase for elected officials. • Approved 2-step approval process for extra staff hours • Approved the Investment and Depository Designation Resolution • Approved the Buy Sell Resolution Adjourned meeting at 9:18 PM Susan Kraft Bruce Township Clerk Complete copies of the minutes are available by request at the Bruce Township Hall or on the Township website at www.brucetwp.org.
