CITY OF GIBRALTAR REGULAR COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS DECEMBER 8, 2025 The regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Gibraltar convened at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 29450 Munro Avenue, Gibraltar, MI. 48173 Present: Shumate, Boismier, Cox, Dill, LaPointe, McNabb, Molnar COUNCIL TOOK THE FOLLOWING ACTION: 25-470 Approve the agenda as presented. 25-471 Approve the consent agenda as follows: A) Bills Reference #11, B) Payroll #986, # 987, #988, #989, & #990, C) City Council Minutes of 11/24/2025, D) Planning Commission Minutes of 10/21/2025, E) DDA Minutes of 10/21/2025, F) Beautification Commission Minutes of 12/1/2025. 25-472 Approve the amended City Council Meeting agenda as recommended by the City Administrator, City Clerk, Mayor, and City Attorney. 25-473 Accept the changes to the Administrative Policy as recommended by the City Administrator with the addition of adding Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised as our operating procedure/officials rules of operation, and adding the City Attorney to be required to attend Council Meetings in accordance with our City Charter. 25-474 Authorize the City Administrator to attend the MME Winter Workshop from January 21-23, 2026. 25-475 Approve the DTE invoice for a gas meter upgrade at the DPW building. 25-476 Approve the Check Signer Resolution authorizing account signers at Advia Credit Union. 25-477 Authorize the Finance Director and Treasurer to attend the MMTA Winter Workshop on January 15-16, 2026. 25-478 Approve the purchase of a G3K-Band Decatur Radar Unit using Byrne Grant funds. 25-479 Approve GFD personnel to provide staffing for Brownstown Fire Department on 12/14/2025 from 5-8 p.m. 25-480 Adjourn at 7:17 p.m. DETAILED MINUTES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OR AT CITYOFGIBRALTARMI.GOV AND CLICK ON “AGENDAS & MINUTES.” Garrett Shumate, Mayor Katherine Tomasik, City Clerk Pub: 12/31/2025
