SYNOPSIS The Regular Meeting of the Bruce Township Board on November 19, 2025, was called to order at 6:00 pm at 223 East Gates, Romeo, MI 48065 Members Present: Supervisor Fillbrook, Clerk Kraft, Treasurer DiGiorgio, Trustee Sochowicz and Trustee Vinson Members Absent: None The Board took the following action: • Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States • Approved the Agenda as amended and Consent Agenda. •Approved minutes, financials, bills and budget amendments. • Approved the pledge of $500.00 for the Macomb Agricultural PDR Committee • Accept and receive the MISD Resolution for the 2026 Summer Tax • Approved changes to Ordinance 161-517. The changes include eliminating C-5 that requires lots on private roads to be 200 ft deep and it also strikes the language in item 161-5.17.C.1 prohibiting the use of private roads in the areas of the Township located in the water or sewer district or areas to be served by the water and sewer district in the foreseeable future or in any area of the Township having poorly drained soil conditions, or where adequate storm water drainage is not available as determined by the Township Engineer. • Approve the Christina’s Crossing site condo development parcel ID: 140129175-001-002, conditional upon compliance with the grading and drainage issue as noted by the engineering letter and subject to the street trees requirement and subject to the sidewalk requirement or paying into the sidewalk fund. • Adjourned the meeting at 6:38 pm.
