The Isabella County Circuit Court will review the petition on the date, time, and location below to receive evidence to amend the lake level order consistent with the provisions of MCL 324.30707. Because it is anticipated that a significant number of property owners may wish to attend the hearing and/or provide testimony and evidence, the Court will use the completed testimony registration forms to determine how much time for testimony is available.
