City of Southgate NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Southgate will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the Municipal Council Chambers, 14400 Dix-Toledo Highway, Southgate, Michigan. The purpose of said hearing is required in order to review and take public comment regarding: SOUTHGATE TOWER REDEVELOPMENT BROWNFIELD PLAN AMENDMENT #1. You may appear at the above-designated hearing to voice your objections.
