NOTICE OF ADOPTION The City of Wyandotte Code of Ordinance(s) has been amended as follows: Amendment #1560 AN ORDINANCE ENTITILED “AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE SALARY FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF LEGAL AFFAIRS” Section 1. Salary for Department of Legal Affairs. The salary for the law firm of Thomas A. Kuzmiak, P.L.L.C as the Department of Legal Affairs for the City of Wyandotte shall be at a yearly salary of seventy-five thousand ($114,500.00) dollars to cover the period from April 20, 2026 to April 19, 2028. In addition, the law firm shall be reimbursed for miscellaneous costs and expenses incurred when acting as legal counsel for the City of Wyandotte. Section 2. Severability. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herein are hereby repealed, only to the extent necessary to give this Ordinance full force and effect. Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take immediate effect. This ordinance is deemed necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health, safety and for providing for the usual daily operation of the city. This ordinance shall be published in a newspaper generally circulated in the City of Wyandotte within ten (10) days after adoption. The ordinance shall designate the location in the city where a true copy of the ordinance can be inspected or obtained. CERTIFICATION We, the undersigned Robert A. DeSana and Mary Pilon, respectively, the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Wyandotte, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was duly passed by the City Council of the City of Wyandotte, at a regular session on Monday, March 23, 2026.
