SUPERINENDENT EVALUATION The Memphis Community School Board of Education completed its superintendent evaluation on Monday, December 1, 2025. The Board utilizes the Michigan Association of School Boards Superintendent Evaluation Instrument which can be reviewed on the Memphis Community Schools website located in the Transparency Reporting link. This evaluation begins every January with goal setting and continues throughout the year with informal and formal updates culminating in the annual evaluation of performance. Mrs. Dobbelaer, who is completing her fourth year as Superintendent, earned an Effective Rating for 2025. The Board of Education voted 6-0 with one member absent to approve the 2025 evaluation with an Effective rating. This rating reflects the execution of Mrs. Dobbelaer's 2025 plan, the results of which can be seen on the "Message from the Superintendent '' page on the district website. The Board of Education is very proud of Mrs. Dobbelaer and her team as they continue to lead our students to success in our small school where BIG things happen. Go Yellowjackets!
