NO. 15040 We will present information about the proposed special assessment paving of the following streets or segments of streets as proposed by resolution of the Orion Township Board: Street(s): CEDAR KEY DRIVE, CULLEN COURT, HILLTOP COURT, and VOORHEIS LAKE COURT Official Declaration: This is a public hearing on necessity. In accordance with Act 246 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan for the year 1931 as amended, the Board of County Road Commissioners has determined the following described parcels of land, lots numbering 1 through 136 inclusive, and acreage parcel with Sidwell number 09-20-228-011, platted in Keatington Lake View, may be assessed for benefits accruing from the proposed improvement.
