The Oakland County Circuit Court will review the petition on the above date, time, and location to receive evidence to establish a lake level, establish a special assessment district, and confirm the special assessment district boundary for Vhay Lake, located in the City of Bloomfield Hills, Oakland County, Michigan, consistent with the provisions of MCL 324.30707. Submitting Testimony and Evidence The public may attend the hearing at the above date, time, and location to provide testimony and/or evidence regarding this petition and matter to the Court.
